What You'll Actually Be Doing

Because no one wants a boring JD.

Making content calendars that don't look like a last-minute scramble. Creating posts, reels, stories & captions that people actuallywant to engage with. Spotting trends before they're dead. Collaborating with designers, writers & the "I-have-one-more-idea" team. Tracking insights & telling us what worked, what flopped & what we should never try again. Managing multiple brand pages without losing your sanity. Talking to online audiences like a real human (not a bot).

You'll fit right in if you:

Have

1-2 years

of real SMM experience (not just your cousin's baking page). Can write captions that don't sound like AI-generated cringe. Understand algorithms enough to not fight them blindly. Know Canva/Meta Suite like your second language. Are allergic to boring content. Thrive in organized chaos (welcome to agency life).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
