Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos) to boost brand visibility
Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistency in brand voice & aesthetics
Monitor social media channels for trends, competitors, and customer engagement opportunities
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase reach and conversions
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, ROI, etc.)
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) for content planning
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
Creative mindset with the ability to design and write engaging content
Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Good communication & time management skills
Ability to stay updated with digital trends & apply them effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media or related field
1-3 years of experience as Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive
Hands-on experience in handling business pages/accounts
Knowledge of paid marketing (Facebook Ads / Google Ads) is a plus
