Role Overview

We are looking for a

Social Media Executive

with strong

LinkedIn management experience

to build and manage our digital presence. The role focuses on creating professional, value-driven content that supports employer branding, recruitment visibility, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Zebulon Consulting's presence on

LinkedIn

(primary platform) Create and publish content aligned with recruitment, HR, training, and leadership themes Write captions, post copies, and content adapted for a professional audience Design basic creatives using tools like Canva (templates will be provided) Plan and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content inputs and approvals Track post performance and share basic engagement reports Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner Support campaigns for hiring, training programs, and brand visibility

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in social media management or digital marketing

Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn pages or personal brands

Strong written communication skills in English Understanding of LinkedIn best practices (posting formats, timing, hashtags) Basic design and content formatting skills Ability to plan content and meet posting schedules consistently

Preferred Skills

Experience handling professional services, HR, or B2B brands Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and engagement metrics Basic understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing Comfortable coordinating with founders, trainers, and consultants
