Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
Create engaging content captions, reels ideas, and story concepts
Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Strong communication and creativity skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in Reels, short-form video ideas, and influencer coordination
Basic knowledge of paid social media ads
Experience in real estate / corporate branding (added advantage)
