Tailortech (CloudTailor- Brand) is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop, implement, and manage Tailortech (CloudTailor- Brand) social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest).
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
Monitor SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
Assist in influencer marketing coordination and brand collaborations.
Support online brand reputation and community management.
