We're looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized
Social Media Executive
to join our fast-paced agency team. You should be a
Meta Ads pro
, with hands-on experience in
campaign creation, page management, and content strategy
. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to build brands online, generate leads, and keep communities engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads & Paid Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance
Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, with a clear focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and placements to scale results. Page Creation & Management
Create, set up, and optimize
Meta Business Pages
for clients.
Manage and maintain social media pages/accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Content & Strategy
Develop and implement
monthly content calendars
aligned with client goals.
Collaborate with the creative team for engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
Craft tailored social media strategies for various industries and campaign goals (brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, etc.).
Reporting & Insights
Monitor page insights, ad analytics, and audience behavior.
Create detailed performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.
Client Coordination (Bonus)
Participate in client meetings for strategy discussions and performance updates.
Provide insights and ideas based on industry trends and platform changes.
Requirements:
1 Year of proven experience managing
Meta Ads and social media accounts
in an agency or multi-brand setup.
Deep knowledge of
Meta Business Suite
,
Ads Manager
, and audience targeting.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with attention to detail.
Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube campaigns.
Basic graphic or video editing skills.
Ability to write engaging captions and ad copy.
