Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand fashion trends, Gen-Z culture, and sportswear branding, and know how to turn content into engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, create, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,

2) Develop engaging content including reels, posts, stories, captions.

3) Stay updated with Gen-Z trends, viral content, memes, and fashion influences

4) Coordinate with the design, marketing, and production teams for campaigns and launches

5) Manage posting schedules and maintain brand consistency

6) Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, conversions)

7) Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build an online community

8) Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and content creators

9) Handle product shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and launch promotions

Requirements & Skills

1) Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

2) Strong understanding of sportswear, fashion, and youth-oriented branding

3) Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and trend-based marketing

4) Basic understanding of social media ads and analytics

5) Excellent communication and creative writing skills

6) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

7) Passion for sports, fitness, fashion, and Gen-Z culture

Pay: ₹9,847.63 - ₹31,696.18 per month
