1. Content Creation & Strategy
Develop creative and visually appealing content (photos, reels, stories, videos) showcasing jewellery collections, craftsmanship.
Create monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and festivals (Akshaya Tritiya, Aadi Perukku).
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and showroom team for new product shoots.
Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags and call-to-actions.
Maintain brand tone, color palette, and visual consistency.
2. Platform Management
Handle daily posting and engagement on platforms:
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Monitor follower growth, comments, and messages ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Optimize page bio, highlights, and pinned posts with updated information.
Update "New Arrivals" and "Offer" highlights weekly.
3. Campaign & Promotion
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Promote festive collections, new store launches, and exclusive offers through social media campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers or local models for promotional content.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
4. Customer Engagement
Reply to all customer Direct Message's and comments in a professional tone within 24 hours.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team for online customer leads.
Maintain a digital log of inquiries and conversions from social media.
Organize polls, Gift's, and interactive activities to increase follower engagement and attract new audiences.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance Measurement weekly and monthly (likes, reach, engagement rate, follower growth).
Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
Suggest improvement areas based on data insights.
6. Brand Development
Maintain strong visual storytelling to reflect the jewellery brand's luxury, trust.
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities in the jewellery industry.
Ensure brand communication aligns with marketing strategy and retail experience.
