. Manage end-to-end content production -- from concept to publishing. Strategize, schedule, and manage posts to grow reach and engagement. Stay updated on

social media trends, algorithms, and creative formats

in generating and promoting organic visibility of our social media handles. Track content performance and suggest creative improvements.

Requirements:

Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in

social media management

content creation

, or

video editing

. Hands-on experience with

video editing tools

(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, InVideo, etc.). Strong understanding of

Instagram

YouTube

other digital platforms

. Excellent sense of

in short videos. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly to
