creative and proactive Social Media Executive

to grow our online presence and engage potential guests through compelling storytelling and content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn Regularly visit the resorts (as needed) to capture content - photos, videos, guest experiences Work with influencers and creators to drive brand visibility Run paid campaigns to promote offers, packages, and brand visibility Monitor analytics, respond to DMs/comments, and grow audience engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns, seasonal promos, and contests Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetic across platforms Keep up with trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media pages (hospitality or travel preferred) Strong writing skills and creative visual sense Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, and scheduling platforms Knowledge of photography/videography basics is a plus Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team Passion for travel, hospitality, and storytelling
