About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in both

organic and paid campaigns

across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing

large ad budgets (₹1,00,000+ per month)

, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results for the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

organic and paid social media strategies

across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Plan and manage

Google Ads (PPC)

and

Social Media Ads

, including campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and reporting. Create, design, and edit

posters, creatives, and short videos

for campaigns. Manage

end-to-end campaign budgets

(₹1 lakh+ monthly) with a focus on maximizing ROI. Conduct

market and competitor research

, particularly focused on the Chennai audience. Stay updated with the

latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in

Social Media Marketing

&

PPC campaign management

. Proven track record of managing

high-budget ad campaigns (₹1 lakh+ per month)

. Strong expertise in

Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads

. Hands-on experience in

designing creatives (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

and

basic video editing

. Deep understanding of

Chennai market dynamics

and ability to tailor campaigns for local targeting.
