Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and fostering community engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging and on-brand content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform tools Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to align messaging and campaign objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their tools Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar for basic content creation Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
