Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with client goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) across social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community to build brand trust.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and copy.
Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads if required).
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1 year of experience in social media management/digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple accounts.
