Job Description

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital trends to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management - Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting. Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for campaign support. Strategy & Planning - Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives. Research current trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities. Optimize posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement. Community Engagement - Monitor, respond, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions. Build relationships with online communities, influencers, and partners. Analytics & Reporting - Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and follower growth. Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. Suggest improvements to increase ROI on social campaigns. Advertising & Promotion - Manage paid social media campaigns (boosted posts, ads). Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting/budget for best results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
