We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

to manage our social media presence and create engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

poster designing

content creation

, and

social media management

across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, create, and post engaging content aligned with brand goals Design high-quality posters, stories, and reels using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Develop monthly social media calendars and content plans Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic engagement reports Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in social media handling and poster designing Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms Excellent communication and multitasking skills Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience in running paid ads (Meta/Google) is an added advantage Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing will be a plus
