Key Responsibilities
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
Monitor social media channels and actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
Track and analyze key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to support events, launches, and marketing campaigns across social channels.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to improve content performance and growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies.
Manage on-site client content creation using iPhones, including capturing daily activities, coordinating approvals with teachers, and uploading final creatives to the designated campaign platforms along with the respective faculty members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc., is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content formats.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus.
