Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Execution
Create, publish, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Develop monthly content plans and social media calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and copies.
Handle on-ground event coverage for schools, colleges, and campuses, including live updates and stories.
Audience Engagement & Community Handling
Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
Respond to audience queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Analytics, Reporting & Trend Monitoring
Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content trends.
Analyze competitors and recommend strategies for growth.
Campaign & Marketing Support
Support brand campaigns, events, and product launches through strategic social media execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Manage boosted posts and paid social media promotions when required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in social media management (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a creative and detail-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools like InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc.
Preferred Skills
Experience in creating Instagram Reels, Stories, and trend-based content.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?14,500.00 - ?22,500.00 per month
