About the Role
We are looking for a
Jr. Social Media Executive
with 1 year of hands-on experience who is passionate about social media, trends, and digital content. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of content execution, platform management, and brand communication, and is eager to learn and grow in an agency environment.
You will support the social media team in executing content calendars, publishing posts, coordinating with creatives, and engaging with online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
Assist in executing daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
Content Publishing & Scheduling
Schedule and publish posts as per approved content calendars, ensuring accuracy, timing, and brand alignment.
Coordination with Creative Teams
Work closely with designers, motion artists, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery and posting of creatives.
Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond as per brand guidelines and escalate queries when required.
Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, and platform updates to support content ideas.
Basic Copy Support
Assist in writing simple captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand tonality.
Content Calendar Support
Help in maintaining and updating monthly content calendars and execution trackers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Support in preparing basic performance reports including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Quality & Brand Compliance
Ensure all posts follow brand guidelines, spelling accuracy, and platform best practices.
Learning & Skill Development
Proactively learn new tools, features, and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
Skills & Requirements
1 year of experience in
social media management
(agency experience preferred)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Good written communication skills
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
