Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Publish posts, reels, and stories consistently

Maintain brand tone, consistency, and visual identity

Content Planning & Creation

Research trending content ideas, reels formats & audios

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs

Coordinate with designers/editors for creatives

Plan festival & campaign-based content

Performance & Optimization

Monitor page insights, engagement & reach

Suggest improvements based on analytics

Optimize profiles for better discoverability

Track growth and engagement performance

Community Management

Respond to comments and messages professionally

Maintain positive brand communication

Shoots & Coordination

Coordinate during on-ground shoots (if required)

Help plan raw content for monthly usage

Paid Ads (Basic Knowledge Required)

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager

Ability to boost posts & reels

Understanding of objectives like Reach, Engagement & Leads

Coordinate with performance marketing team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of proven experience in social media management

Experience handling real business or brand accounts

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm & trends

Excellent caption writing skills (English & Hinglish)

Knowledge of hashtag & keyword research

Time management & ability to handle multiple accounts

Strong communication & coordination skills

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must share:

Links to social media pages handled

Sample posts/reels created

Growth or performance results (if available)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Agency experience

Knowledge of Canva or basic video editing tools

Experience working with local businesses

Understanding of content-led organic growth
