Job Summary
We are seeking a
creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive
who is passionate about travel and digital content. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities across
TripFactory and its sister companies
, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Management
- Plan, post, and monitor content across TripFactory, NexusDMC (destination pages like Dubai, Siliguri, Europe, Thailand), ORN Vacations, ORN Tickets, and GoFlySmart.
Content Creation
- Design and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos showcasing destinations, offers, and customer journeys.
Platform Management
- Oversee presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube with comprehensive Social Media Calender
Community Engagement
- Interact with followers, reply to queries, and nurture travel communities across all pages.
Campaign Execution
- Assist in running seasonal campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and contests across multiple brands.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track page-wise performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Trend Spotting
- Stay updated with travel and social trends to keep content innovative and relevant.
Collaboration
- Work with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all companies.
Other General Works
- Scripting, Content Posting, Webstories, Blog Posting, Presentation PPT Making, Lead Messaging, Creating Leads in CRM, Brand Reputation Management, Replying DM's, Reviews etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years in social media management (travel/tourism industry experience is a plus).
Passion for Travel:
Genuine interest in destinations, cultures, and the travel industry.
Content Skills:
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Platform Knowledge:
Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Communication:
Strong writing and storytelling skills (English essential, Hindi/regional language a plus).
Proactive & Creative:
Ability to handle multiple brand pages and innovate with content formats.
