About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and analytical

Social Media & SEO Manager

to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of social media trends, community engagement strategies, and search engine optimization. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media and SEO strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with brand voice and goals Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages Analyze and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align messaging

SEO Management

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization Optimize web pages, blog content, meta tags, and URLs for search engines Work with developers/content teams to implement SEO best practices Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs Build and manage backlink strategies and outreach efforts Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 3+ years of experience in managing social media accounts and SEO Proven track record of growing brand presence and improving search rankings Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a data-driven approach Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus
