who will take complete ownership of our social media presence from strategy creation to execution, optimization, analysis, problem identification, and measurable result delivery. This role requires managing everything related to social media and ensuring clear business outcomes.
This role involves daily content planning, publishing, community management, performance analysis, and close collaboration with the internal team, design, and content teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business bjectives such as brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Conduct competitive research, platform selection, audience identification, and messaging strategy before execution.
Perform social media audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Content Creation & Execution
Plan, create, publish, and manage daily content including text, images, videos, reels, short-form content, and other creative formats.
Create and maintain editorial calendars and content syndication schedules.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Ensure content builds meaningful customer connections and drives community engagement.
3. Platform Management
Manage and optimize all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Set up, optimize, and manage company social media pages to improve reach and visibility.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly.
Moderate user-generated content as per internal moderation and compliance guidelines.
4. Campaign Management & Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, marketing, digital marketing, web, CRM, customer service, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Plan and execute platform-specific social media campaigns for branding, performance, and lead generation.
5. Performance Tracking, Analysis & Optimization
Track, analyze, and interpret key KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor SEO signals, customer engagement patterns, and content performance.
Identify performance issues, drop-offs, and bottlenecks, and propose data-backed optimization strategies.
Continuously refine content formats, messaging, targeting, and posting strategies based on insights.
6. Reporting & Result Ownership
Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
Take complete ownership of result delivery, ensuring social media efforts contribute to growth.
7. Compliance & Industry Awareness
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, industry regulations, and brand policies.
