Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media strategies for election-related promotions.
Handle daily posting, audience engagement, and community management across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.
Develop creative content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) to boost campaign reach.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare progress reports.
Work closely with content, design, and field teams to ensure message consistency.
Manage audience queries, comments, and feedback promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media tools, campaigns, and audience behavior.
Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop, video editing, and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil and English
.
Ability to handle deadlines and work in a high-paced environment.
Willingness to work full-time on a
10-month contract
.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in political/election campaign social media management.
Knowledge of paid promotions on Facebook and Google Ads.
Ability to create strategies tailored for both rural and urban audiences.

Competitive salary - commensurate with experience
