Job Summary

Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to support and execute day-to-day social media activities. The role focuses on content posting, audience engagement, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring compliance with insurance industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) Create and publish posts as per the approved content calendar Assist in developing simple and engaging insurance-related content Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries under supervision Monitor engagement metrics including likes, shares, and comments Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and employer branding initiatives Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and approvals Ensure all social media content adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines Maintain content documentation and assist with basic performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends Good written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn insurance products and compliance requirements Ability to work as per deadlines and content calendars Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Qualifications

Internship or prior experience in social media or digital marketing Exposure to insurance, BFSI, or financial services content Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
