is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our Jaipur flagship store. We don't just sell ethnic wear; we sell craftsmanship--from designer lehengas to bespoke bridal gowns.
Your mission is to translate the tactile beauty of our fabrics and the precision of our alteration services into viral, high-conversion digital content. You will be the "eyes and ears" of our brand across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Production:
Script, film, and edit high-quality Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos. Must be a specialist in cinematic transitions and color grading.
Daily Content Creation:
Capture daily "In-Store" life, new arrivals, and the intricate details of our unstitched suits and bridal collections.
Platform Management:
Execute a multi-channel strategy (IG, YT, Pinterest, FB) tailored to each platform's unique algorithm.
Engagement & Growth:
Actively engage with our community, respond to inquiries about worldwide shipping/alterations, and grow our follower base through organic trends.
Analytics & Strategy:
Track performance metrics and pivot content strategy based on what resonates with our global audience.
Requirements & Skills
Video Mastery:
Expert-level skills in mobile or DSLR videography and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or VN).
Fashion Aesthetic:
A keen eye for styling, lighting, and "Pinterest-perfect" visuals. Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear is a huge plus.
Trend Savvy:
You live on social media and know exactly which audio is about to trend before it happens.
Storytelling:
Ability to turn a simple saree draping or a client fitting into an emotional and engaging story.
In-Store Presence:
This is an on-site role. You must be comfortable working within the store environment to capture authentic content.
