Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Build and execute social media strategies through research, benchmarking, platform selection, and audience identification
Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms
Capture and cover campus events, activities, and initiatives in real time
Build and manage online communities by encouraging engagement and interaction
Monitor and moderate user-generated content in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to manage online reputation and communication
Identify content gaps and suggest new topics and content ideas
Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, visuals, and messaging across platforms
Requirements
Proven experience of 2-3 years in social media management
Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong creativity and content curation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, on-campus environment
