Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day handling of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends
Coordinate and assist during shoots (reels, UGC, brand content)
Write engaging captions, scripts, and basic content ideas
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams
Handle client communication, feedback, and reporting
Monitor engagement, insights, and basic performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media terms, trends, and algorithms
Knowledge of
UGC content, script writing, and reel trends
Good communication skills with fluency in
English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of designing tools like
Canva
Creative mindset with a strategy-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Comfortable coordinating shoots and working on-ground when required
Preferred Qualities
Agency experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-friendly attitude
