About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The role focuses on

content execution, audience engagement, and basic performance tracking

, aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Platform Management

Manage daily posting and scheduling on platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Create captions, reels briefs, stories, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing team for content execution
Engagement & Community Building

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor brand mentions and engage with relevant pages, influencers, and communities Build audience interaction through polls, Q&As, and interactive content
Campaign Execution

Execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, events, and brand activities Support influencer collaborations and local digital partnerships Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visuals across platforms
Analytics & Reporting

Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Suggest improvements based on insights and trends
Trend & Market Awareness

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats Analyze competitor social media activity and suggest content ideas
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in social media handling or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content Good copywriting skills in

English and Hinglish

(Hindi knowledge is a plus) Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar Creative mindset with strong execution discipline
