Plan and manage social media content across all platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Develop content strategies focused on storytelling, current trends, and audience engagement
Manage and execute user-generated content (UGC) strategies to enhance brand authenticity
Conduct website research and analysis to improve online presentation and content structure
Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations and campaign deliverables
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches
Manage product listings and content updates on e-commerce platforms
Coordinate order fulfilment activities and support customer experience processes
Work closely with design and content teams for creatives, shoots, and marketing assets
Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and content opportunities
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and influencer outcomes
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred
