Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives To create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies that drive engagement, including budget allocation and planning, content ideation and implementation schedules Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Manage social media accounts, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns Stay informed about industry-related news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement

Skills Required

Proven experience in social media management and marketing Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Familiarity with jewelry and gemstones is a plus
