Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute daily posting and campaigns across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Develop engaging and trend-oriented content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
Handle paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) -- from setup to performance tracking and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content strategies.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and creative quality.
Manage monthly calendars, insights, and performance reports for all pages.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries/comments, and build community interaction.
Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
Analyze data and recommend growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management.
Strong understanding of all major platforms -- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc.
Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads basics preferred).
Excellent content sense -- trending reels, captions, and storytelling.
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative thinker with strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts/brands.
Preferred:
Experience working with creative agencies or multiple client portfolios.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
Awareness of current social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
