Job Overview:

Standyou is looking for a

creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive

to manage and grow the company's presence across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities on

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

, and more. Plan and create engaging

posts, reels, videos, stories, and carousels

. Draft catchy

captions and copy

in line with the brand voice. Do basic

video editing

and ensure visual consistency. Implement

SMO strategies

to boost reach, engagement, and followers. Work with design & marketing teams to align campaigns. Track & report

analytics

(reach, engagement, growth). Stay updated with latest

trends, hashtags, and algorithms

.

Requirements:

Proven experience in handling

social media platforms

. Skills in

content creation, copywriting, and video editing tools

(Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of

algorithms and optimization techniques

.

Creative mindset

, good communication & time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred:

Experienced candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
