About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across social media platforms by creating engaging content, executing social campaigns, and building meaningful audience interactions.
You'll collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives. A strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and community management is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing platforms and audience behaviours.
This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with strategy, directly contributing to brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (
posts, stories, videos)
aligned with the brand voice.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and building relationships.
Plan and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Collaborate with
design, marketing, and PR teams
to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform changes.
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize social media channels for maximum reach and engagement.
Coordinate with agencies and external partners for campaign support.
Ideal Profile:
1-3 years of experience managing
social media platforms and campaigns
Strong understanding of
social media trends, tools, and algorithms
Proven skills in content creation, community management, and influencer collaboration
Proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g.,
Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines
Strong team player with good collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media are a plus
