Roles and Responsibilities

Curating/writing content and designing basic yet engaging posts for various clients. Understanding every brand's aesthetics and language. Coordinating with the Head Graphic Designer, copywriter and rest of the team. Brainstorming with the team in making content calenders for different brands. Giving ideas & inputs and showing creativity as much as possible. Always thinking a bit out of the box. Keeping a track of trends and coming up with new ideas and strategies for growth and lead generation. Managing the social media accounts of our clients. Increasing the reach/engagements using organic methods on social media. Being online and answerable during working hours. Meeting deadlines and incorporating all the changes according to the client till the very end.

Skills & Qualification

Written Communication: Beginner level Hindi and Intermediary English. Beginner level knowledge of AI, photo-editing softwares like Canva. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & other such software is a plus. Time management and communication skills. Freshers with a strong interest in the field and willing to learn are most welcome.
