Address guest reviews on Google, maintain a record of negative reviews, and provide responses using approved templates.
Create engaging Reels, Stories, and other multimedia content following brand guidelines.
Ensure daily posting of Stories across various themes like food, drinks, testimonials, events, and offers.
Prepare and submit a detailed monthly content calendar in the last week of the preceding month for review and approval.
Post approved designs from the creative team along with relevant captions and hashtags across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and viral content.
Analyze competitor strategies and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
Curate, pitch, and finalize collaborations with influencers and vloggers.
Ensure at least 8 influencer visits per month and manage deliverables, MOUs, and content collection.
Define audience segments for ads and collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and analysis.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, special events, and behind-the-scenes content for use in marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams for planning and executing social media strategies for upcoming events and festivals (minimum 15 days in advance).
Update all venue TVs/LEDs with relevant creatives, including birthday visuals, and maintain a tracking sheet (Google Sheet/Excel).
