We are looking for a Social Media Executive with prior experience in social media management and content creation. If you have a passion for social media, a flair for creative storytelling, and a desire to excel in the creative industry, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and succeed in a dynamic environment. Content creation is the most important aspect of this role, requiring the ability to craft engaging, visually appealing content for our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging, visually appealing, and platform-specific content.
Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Craft compelling captions and posts to engage the target audience.
Focus on creating innovative and engaging content to drive user interaction and growth on social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
Online Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights for optimization.
Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and search engines, working independently to achieve targeted results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Measure success using key metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular reports and insights to the team.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance content performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
6 months of experience in social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A passion for weddings and creativity is a bonus
