Job Summary

The

Social Media Executive

will be responsible for managing the hospital's

social media presence

, creating engaging and ethical healthcare content, generating leads, and strengthening brand visibility across platforms such as

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google

.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage daily posting on

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile

Maintain a

monthly content calendar

(posts, reels, stories, videos) Ensure brand consistency (logo, colors, tone, messaging)

Content Creation & Coordination

Create content related to

IVF awareness, fertility education, patient testimonials, doctor videos, FAQs, and offers

Coordinate with

doctors, coordinators, and marketing team

for content shoots Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs suitable for healthcare marketing

Lead Generation & Campaign Support

Support

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead campaigns

Coordinate with calling team for

lead follow-ups & feedback

Track lead performance and engagement insights

Google & Reputation Management

Manage

Google Business Profile

posts and updates Support

Google reviews collection & response management

Monitor online feedback and flag concerns to management

Reporting & Analytics

Track

reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions

Share

weekly & monthly performance reports

Suggest improvements based on analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in

Marketing, Media, or Communication

preferred Hands-on experience with

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google tools

Basic knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager

is a plus Creative mindset with good

content writing skills (Hindi & English)

Basic design/video skills (Canva, mobile editing apps)

Experience

1-4 years

in social media marketing Healthcare / IVF / hospital experience preferred Freshers with strong portfolio may be considered

Working Hours
