Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, designing, and audience engagement, with strong knowledge of Canva and other designing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Design posts, reels, stories, banners, and creatives using online tools. Write clear, attractive captions aligned with brand tone and objectives. Manage daily posting, monitoring, and timely responses to comments and messages. Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with social media trends, reels, hashtags, and platform algorithms. Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, events, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong working knowledge of

Canva, designing tools, and basic graphic design principles

. Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage. Excellent written and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling educational, preschool, or child-focused brands (preferred). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
