What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Strong creativity, visual aesthetics, and trend awareness
Ability to plan, schedule, and execute engaging content calendars
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Understanding of social media analytics and performance insights
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Manage daily posts, stories, and engagement across all platforms
Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and trending content
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, or any related field
Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be an added advantage
