Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Executive at xtrawrkx will be responsible for strengthening the company's digital presence, building brand credibility, and communicating our expertise in automotive and manufacturing consulting. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong storytelling abilities, and an understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a targeted social media strategy aligned with xtrawrkx's brand positioning and business goals.
Manage and maintain company presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
Create monthly social media calendars focused on industry insights, project highlights, and thought leadership content.
Content Development
Produce high-quality posts, articles, visuals, and short-form videos that showcase our expertise in automotive and manufacturing consulting.
Collaborate with internal consultants to transform technical or project-based information into engaging, audience-friendly content.
Ensure all content reflects the company's professional tone and industry authority.
Brand Awareness & Engagement
Monitor and engage with relevant industry communities, forums, and professional groups.
Interact with followers, clients, and partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Support employer branding by showcasing team achievements, culture, and milestones.
Campaigns & Lead Support
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns promoting services, case studies, webinars, and industry insights.
Coordinate paid promotions on LinkedIn and other platforms when required.
Collaborate with the business development team to support lead-generation initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
Track platform performance and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, impressions, follower growth, and lead quality.
Continuously optimize strategies based on analytics and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in B2B or consulting sectors.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional platforms used in B2B marketing.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
Ability to understand technical content and translate it into simple, engaging messaging.
Preferred Skills
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or technical industries (a plus).
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
