Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Plan, run, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Connect with professionals and engage meaningfully on LinkedIn
Coordinate with influencers for outreach, collaborations, and content partnerships
Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and suggest improvements
Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
Support content creation (copy, visuals, reels coordination, etc.)
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in social media management and paid campaigns
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Excellent communication and networking skills (especially on LinkedIn)
Ability to plan and execute influencer outreach
Basic design or Canva skills are a plus
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset
