Machine Maker is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, while supporting customer accounts and collaborating with internal teams to execute effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the company and its customers' social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content on LinkedIn.
- Monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement; promptly responding to and interacting with followers to build community.
- Analyzing social media performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and reporting insights to improve campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand goals.
- Staying updated on social media trends, platforms, and tools to enhance strategies.
- Supporting campaign ideas, live events, and webinars as needed.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
