Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Feedback
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Gather client feedback, share it with the design and content teams, and oversee revisions to ensure timely execution.
Account Management
Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned social media accounts.
Monitor account performance, analyse growth metrics, and implement strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on client requirements and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outputs.
Content Creation & Posting
Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms for assigned accounts.
Ensure posts align with the client's brand and adhere to best practices for each platform.
Reel Shooting & Trend Spotting
Shoot engaging reels or coordinate with clients for content creation when required.
Stay informed about social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to keep strategies relevant.
Platform Management
Manage all major social media platforms, ensuring optimal engagement and visibility.
Handle the technical aspects of posting, tagging, and optimizing content.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators, and strategists) to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to the team based on client input.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Ability to shoot and edit reels or short-form videos (basic editing skills are a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client relationships professionally.
Ability to identify trends and implement them effectively in strategies.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A self-starter with a professional attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
