Job Overview:

We are looking for a

creative and proactive Social Media Executive

to manage our social media accounts, design engaging content, collaborate with influencers, and help grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop creative posts, reels, stories, and other visual content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Coordinate with the design team or use tools like Canva/Photoshop to design posts.

Account Management:

Handle day-to-day operations of social media accounts. Monitor engagement, respond to comments & DMs, and ensure brand consistency.

Influencer Marketing:

Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers. Plan and execute influencer campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Social Media Strategy:

Stay updated on trends and suggest new ideas to enhance visibility. Help increase followers, reach, and engagement through organic methods.

Reporting:

Track performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rate, follower growth). Prepare weekly reports on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred). Good communication and writing skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior experience in social media or influencer marketing is a plus.
