Key Responsibilities
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Plan and execute
monthly content calendars
aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
Actively monitor, respond to, and manage comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure high-quality, consistent, and on-brand content.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics such as
reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Support and promote
events, launches, and campaigns
through effective social media execution.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
with actionable insights and recommendations.
Handle on-site content creation using iPhones: capture daily activities, coordinate approvals with teachers, and upload final creatives to the designated campaign folders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism
, or a related field.
1-3 years
of proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
Proficiency in tools such as
Canva, Meta Business Suite
, and other social media management platforms.
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as
InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp
, etc., is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with
Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content formats
.
Familiarity with
influencer collaborations
and user-generated content strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification
is a plus.
