Conduct trend research to craft high-performing content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Write engaging copy that resonates emotionally with the audience.
Work with design and video teams to develop visually appealing creatives and short-form videos.
Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversion using behavioral insights.
3. Audience Engagement
Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an emotionally intelligent communication tone.
Handle feedback, criticism, and queries using empathy and psychological understanding.
4. Analytics & Insights
Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, audience demographics).
Analyze user behavior and consumption patterns to generate actionable insights.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
5. Campaign Execution
Assist in running paid and organic campaigns targeted toward behaviour-based personas.
Support brand storytelling through narrative psychology and emotional branding.
6. Community Building
Create and nurture online communities through meaningful, psychology-informed interactions.
Conduct polls, Q&A, and engagement activities based on behavioural science.
