Roles and responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms to attract and retain audiences.
Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
Research the latest social media trends, formats, and tools, and implement them effectively.
Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare basic reports.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Assist in campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong creativity and content ideation skills.
Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Excellent written communication skills.
Journalism or Mass Communication background preferred.
Freshers, social media interns, digital marketers, SEO interns, and marketing graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
