Eligibility Criteria

MBA (Marketing)

OR

candidates with ~6 months of marketing/digital marketing training Strong interest in

organic social media marketing

Curiosity about platforms like

Reddit, Quora, forums, and niche communities

Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) Good written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling content for organic social media platforms Participate in

community building and engagement

on platforms like Reddit and forums Research trends, topics, and audience behavior for content ideas Engage with users through comments, discussions, and replies Support organic growth initiatives and brand visibility efforts Track basic performance metrics and share insights with the team
