Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions aligned with brand voice.
Manage day-to-day social media activities including scheduling, monitoring comments/messages, and community engagement.
Maintain and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and engagement.
Support paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) and assist in lead generation activities.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team members to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in
