We are looking for a creative and performance-driven
Social Media Executive
who will manage and grow our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
video creation, content planning, product-based marketing strategies, and social media management
, especially for retail / jewellery / lifestyle brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Marketing
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp.
Plan and execute product-based video shoots, try-on videos, festive & promotional creatives.
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar apps.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics, tone and visual quality.
Content Planning & Management
Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, festivals and product launches.
Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, tagging and scheduling.
Maintain content library, product images & video assets.
Product-Based Social Media Strategy
Design social strategies to highlight product collections, offers, new arrivals & best sellers.
Create storytelling content around jewellery designs, craftsmanship, usage occasions & styling tips.
Support sales team by generating inquiries and walk-ins through digital content.
Engagement & Community Management
Reply to DMs, comments and leads in a timely and professional manner.
Build relationships with followers and convert social media inquiries into store visits or sales leads.
Monitor reviews and customer feedback.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track reach, engagement, leads and conversion performance.
Suggest improvements based on analytics insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
